Customer Care
At Ashley Campo Design, each piece is created with care and attention to detail. I want every customer to feel confident in their purchase and supported throughout the process. If you have any questions about a painting, custom order, or your delivery, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email at ashleycampo.design@gmail.com or through the contact form on my website.
I strive to respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days.
Shipping & Processing
  • Original artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.
  • Shipping times may vary based on location, but you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
  • Currently, shipping is available within the U.S. (If international is needed, please contact me directly before purchasing.)
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is unique, all sales are final.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll work with you on a solution (such as a replacement or refund if applicable).
  • Custom commissions cannot be returned or refunded once approved and completed.
Commissions
I welcome custom artwork requests!
  • A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion.
  • Timelines for commissions will be discussed individually.
Privacy & Safety
Your personal information is kept secure and used only for order processing and communication about your purchase. I will never share your details with third parties.
